Full Circle Florist does a great job and always delivers on time! Their pricing is also better than other services Ive used, and they are excellent communicators.

I am a wedding and event planner, I specifically worked a wedding where he was the florist. When he did not arrive on time, I called and texted. He said he was 30 mins away. 30 mins past, and notnin sight, i reach out again, he says he 15 minutes aways and this happened a couple more times all in all he was THREE hours late. not only that but I had to help set up majority of the decor, which he was responsible for (i didn't mind doing this other than he was late and I wanted it done since the ceremoney was starting soon) he then posted my decor, a greenery wall with fake floral I put up that the bride had bought, not from the florist. he said he had 2 co workers call off, but then lied about being on the way and tried to cover it up. as a professional, there is a far better way to handle this. he was rude to the bride/groom and deserves no ones business especially for the amount the charges.

I am not sure what happened the day of my wedding. Rodd was 3 hours late to set up for both my ceremony and reception. We were calling him for 2 hours and he kept saying he would be there in 10 mins. That was a lie. As the bride I ended up having to pitch in and help family hurry and get things set up and the wedding was 30 mins late to start because of him. He did not have a lot of the centerpieces finished when he got there and they were half the size they were supposed to be. I had a 3 hour conversation in person with him 2 weeks prior to go over everything in detail with him, and he tried to lie and say it was not written down so oh well. No professionalism or apology and at the end he stated he was not late at all. My family was helping him set up everything up and so was I. So no you did not get everything done. After calling him a week later and a back and forth for 20 mins he did decide to send me the money back for the missing flowers but would not cover the fees he charged for the work I had to do because he said that was my choice not his. So HORRIBLE that is all there is to say.

Contacted Full Circle and spoke with Rodd about sending flowers to a funeral of a dear friend and left it to him to decide what to arrange. The family sent me photos shortly after the service and said they were the most BEAUTIFUL they had ever seen. (And they were indeed!) He is an amazing florist! I only wish he was in Tampa, Fl so I could use him more! Highly recommend! Best arrangement I've ever sent or received! Thank you Rodd!
