Very professional! Cory and Alec gave me exercises to do at home that would improve mobility. They are dedicated to helping me get better and improving my quality of life by getting past the obstacles that are in front of me.

Wes Groves is an exceptional therapist. His knowledge with cancer patients is top level. He also has the kindest approach when someone is dealing with such a scary diagnosis.

I had back surgery in December and completed my physical therapy journey with NovaCare!!! This group of professionals took amazing care of me from start to finish. Ive been to several different physical therapy facilities over the years and have only had 1 previous experience where I was taken care of at this high standard of care. Often times, Ive experienced PTs who just stand behind their laptops and dont even watch me do my exercises, let alone demonstrate, correct me, and use their hands with soft tissue massage. Other programs made me feel like I was just another number to be billed, and at all costs would avoid physically assessing my injuries with their hands. I am a former professional ballet dancer, so the mechanical and hands-on aspect is crucial for me to understand what a physical therapist is trying to communicate and show me. The team here did just that, and never made me feel pressured or pushed me too far. At this NovaCare location, the entire team made me feel seen, heard, and supported. To think that only a few months ago I was using a cane at the age of 33 and unemployed due to my excruciating pain. Today, I am inching my way back to the gym, working again, walking upright and becoming more active on my own, and virtually pain-free. I feel confident in my ability to maintain my progress thanks to the guidance from Wes, Cory and Alec. I am going to miss coming in and chatting with Donna and Lucy, and mostly, I am going to miss feeling like I am actively healing while being monitored and honestly assessed throughout the process. I am very grateful for this group of people. Thank you guys for helping me get my life back again!
