    First off, I want to say how much I appreciate Neah! She is very helpful, thoughtful, and reachable. There was never a time when I reached out to her that she didn't respond....and more quickly than I expected. She walked me through the process and was very knowledgeable and informative about everything I needed to know and do. She kept me informed about my status and when my unit was ready, she insured that everything was in place and that I had all of my ducks lined up. To say that she was a lifeline is an understatement. Pedcor has a real asset on their hands with her. Now that I'm all moved in, she has been just as helpful as she was with my process. AND MY APARTMENT?!? HUGE!!! and wonderful....and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The whole staff, including maintenance, have been great, responding quickly. I spoke to Jeremy about my air not working and when I got home a few hours later, he had placed a temporary unit that had cooled my entire apartment. It's only been a little over a week, but I'm more than satisfied. God always blesses with more than enough and more than I ask for. I greatly recommend The Heights at Knollwood Crossing as a community to live in. It's worth the process. You will not be disappointed.

    My experience with this particular property & its management proved to be a NIGHTMARE! My unit had bedbugs. Clearly, this wasn't the highlight of my stay here but I must admit management reacted quickly and at no expense to me, scheduled for an exterminator. However, even with cooperating in doing my part in the treatment process by washing/drying/bagging up anything and everything that was safe to do so, placing bed bug covers on the mattresses/box springs, vacuuming/dusting daily, drying ALL bed linens and bed clothes daily etc the issue was never fully eradicated before I relocated. Prior to relocating I did personally witness the exterminator entering several adjacent units and then not returning (as far I saw) until the following week. While I may suspect the reasoning, I cannot confirm it. Only sharing the observation. Encounters with management often left me feeling judged and I felt the treatment extended toward me was initially fake later turned unfair/mean/unnecessary. The departure from this place left myself, my household and my entire family in very difficult situations. The ongoing pandemic being just another obstacle to face. Homeless. I can only speak on my own behalf. Things were manageable and comfortable for my family PRIOR to moving here. While living here, I began experiencing less than favorable situations I can honestly say were often not in my control and were a direct result of the pandemic. I feel the way it was handled was unprofessional and unfair. I feel pushing tenants out during a WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC whom aren't even behind in rent for reasons I personally view as absolutely absurd and ridiculously petty.... is heartless. I would share the specifics but I'm really not trying to paint some horrid image in anyones mind as Im sure others have had much better experiences than myself. For anyone who may find themselves in less than favorable circumstances, I just suggest proceed with caution. I personally will NEVER recommend renting from this property management. Unfortunate.
