        This was my first time eating at Piada. The food was amazing!!! I ordered ahead, but online ordering not as simple as others. When I arrived at my pick up time, there were about 5 people behind the counter but no one came to the register to help. I waited about 5min before someone came in from break to help. Had the service been better it would have been 5 starts. BUTthe food was so good. I will be back. Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian

        i was here around 5pm Saturday with my boyfriend (hes the one who asked for spaghetti with my avocado piada, ). staff had a fantastic sense of humor, were warm and welcoming, well-mannered and kind. the food is $$$, but id return just for the employees.

        everything was great, staff was so nice to us. came back after a year, and you can defenitly tell there was a hole new crew and the food was so much better

        Overall the service was decent. My wife had asked for salmon in her meal and the chef was told to make some. He advised it would be 15 minutes to wait which wasnt a big deal but he clearly didnt want to make it and was arguing with the lady helping us. It just wasnt very professional.
