        Such a chic, awesome hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone who comes to Grove City, OH!

        First I arrive at 4 pm and my room is not ready. Get another room. Then the clock doesn't work. Front desk had to replace it. Then I noticed the toilet paper was not folded. (Yes petty but that is the norm for a Hilton property. Went to wash hands and the dispensers are Hand lotion and Conditioner. What? This morning, I go into the shower and there is hair on the shower floor. Getting used to that one at Hilton. Then, as I get out of the shower, I notice there is poop on the front of the commode (not mine). Went to the front desk and the manager was to busy to come talk to me. After waiting 15 minutes, I left. I told the front desk person that I would just take it up with Hilton Honors and he gets an attitude. Will never stay here again and would not recommend
