He freely educated everyone he met on the many grants available, along with getting and maintaining their mortgage and would personally reach back out when rates went low about refinancing their already homes.
I am a realtor in Central, OH. William was a key player in helping many of my clients in obtaining a mortgage. And since he has passed, (God bless him and his family). I am now aware of the many hurdles that were being given to my minority clients, by Union Savings Bank, that he took on for them to get their homes.
Therefore, I have reduced Union Savings Bank stars from my initial 4-stars to a 1.
