Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation our family has for this Organization. They are extremely professional and consistent with their classes. Our family loves Ms. Sarah, she is the best version of a teacher. She is compassionate and is still able to set expectations. This is important to be able to balance these techniques, especially when you have a child that needs some extra love. Much appreciated Mama Bear

I was a competitive gymnast for CGA for a year and it was not a good experience for me at all. My head coach did not respect her gymnasts and often spoke to me like I was a dog. The way in which I was spoke to on a daily basis made me feel worthless and like I was a terrible gymnast. We were kept 30-60 mins after practice everyday to be lectured by our coaches, almost always talking negatively about us. Not to mention I lived an hour away from the gym so I was getting home around 10:30pm on school nights. I felt so tired all day at school because I was not getting enough rest. Another coach(not my head coach) made me train on an injury that my doctor said to not train on. She told me the level 10s push through all of their pain, so you should too. Eventually my pain got so bad and my mental health was so poor that I ended up quitting. Growing up, my whole life was directed towards gymnastics and it was my biggest passion. During my one year at CGA I lost all of my confidence and love for the sport.
