Tackett Tree Service cut down a large dead ash tree for us. They also cut down intertwining branches from another tree. The ash tree was in a difficult spot near a fiber optic line and behind a fence. Josh was thorough and responsive in explaining the quote. They were professional, quick-same day service, and cleaned up so well you wouldnt have known I just had a tree cut down. I would definitely use their services again. When we could not find anyone to help us late one night in early February - a call to this company was responsive and supportive! They answered our call, when no one else would. They gave us guidance and support throughout our emergency and ordeal. We will always remember and will call them with all our future needs. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABHORRENT! THEY DON'T LIKE WHEN YOUR EXCEPTIONS ARE HIGHER THAN THE THEIRS. THEN WE YOU CALL THEM AND TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH IT FOR THE SECOND TIME, JOSH (OWNER) TOLD ME THAT WE WERE UPSET ABOUT THE TIME SPENT, WHICH IS NOT TRUE IF THEY DID QUALITY WORK THEN HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED BOB AND DISCUSS MY ISSUES AND HE WAS DEFENSIVE AND COMBATIVE WITH ME INSTEAD OF ASKING ME HOW THEY CAN MAKE IT RIGHT. HE PROCEEDED TELL ME THAT 46 YEARS EXPERIENCE THAT HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID HIM. AT THE END OF DAY WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN. We had Bob' s team come out and trimmed our tree in our front yard, since we had overhang on our house as well as our neighbors's house . When they came out the first time they barley did what was expected and explicitly requested from us. They left after 45 mins which would've been impressive if they did they job correctly. Called Bob after reviewing the aftermath of the horrendous job that they did. There was overhang still on our house and the neighbors driveway that was supposed to be removed. He wasn't happy about the fact that him and his team had to come out a second time to rectify their mistakes, however if the first time was horrendous then the second was catastrophically worst. It looks like I hired toddlers and not professionals that do this for a living. The only positive from this is that I'll know who not to use when my tree needs to be trimmed again.
