The in person scan was convenient and quick! The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process and went over everything that comes in your aligner box. Great experience!

Not sure how this company has received so many positive reviews.. But I did not have the most pleasant experience. I felt pressure the moment I checked in as the lady was asking me how I heard about Smile Direct Club and if I had the chance to look over payment options. First off, I booked a free consultation and was under the impression that my appointment was FREE, so dont ask me if I looked at the payment options and then pressure me into picking a payment plan for something I havent looked much into yet. Im not sure if the companies sales are not doing well or what, but I felt so judged and pressured to sign up for something when all I wanted was to see my 3D scan and see if this is something that could work for me.. This company needs to do better and Amber, I believe that was the ladys name, needs to not be so rude to the customers. I will not be recommending this company to any friends or family of mine.
