Paradigm Sewer & Drain Plumbing

The main drain problem was fixed and I'm very happy about that. The phone communications were what I would expect from a local contracting company. The giant pile of dirt left in the front yard was less than ideal. I would suggest next time before destroying somebody's front yard you put down crush boards to spread out the surface area of your excavator. I would also hope that you understand when putting in new equipment and adding crush rock to a hole that the dirt you replace on top won't settle back to its normal level. I also hope that next time before you dig into somebody's grass you would remove the top layer in sections instead of destroying it with your backhoe so you can place it back nicely instead of leaving it up to the homeowner to deal with. I'm dealing with a 3-ft high pile of large rocks, tree roots, broken clay pipe, and regret so I wouldn't say I could recommend this company.

Only service that I called who could come same day. Drain cleared in less than an hour, but had to bring motor into house to accomplish. Nice plumber wore shoe coverings for floor. Warrantied for 90 days.

They was recommended to me by a friend. My bathroom was leaking down into my kitchen everytime we flushed the toilet or let the water out of the tub. They were very friendly and got the job done. They final price was very reasonable. Also they will not take advantage of you. They gave me an estimate on the full job they thought they would have but during the job found the issue really quick and saved me alot of money. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. And I would use them again without hesitation.

We had to have the sewer line between our house and road replaced. We had three quotes and Paradigm was the most thorough, straight forward, and easy to work with company. Some of the work on the original quote did not need to be done as things were in better shape than anticipated. This caused us to pay less as they were honest about us not needing the quoted work. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I'm not only satisified with their actual plumbing work, but also with their integrity and customer service. Thanks!
