From Christina in Customer Service, to the Technicians that serviced our boat, to the friendly goodbye wave we received as we backed our boat off the Race City Marine trailer after it was delivered to us on time. Every time I purchase a boat at Race City Marine the experience is top notch! Matt S. And Mike K. will go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Race City Marines service department (Mike Kolb specifically) is awesome! People dont realize how important that is when buying a boat, but after owning a boat for many years and dealing with other service depts, I know this is one of the most important factors in owning a boat. The texting capabilities the service dept uses makes communication super quick and easy and the team gets repairs made correctly and quickly (no need to keep our boat for over a week for routine maintenance). Top notch for sure!! We had to put off buying a new boat for a while, but when we are ready there is no doubt we are buying from Race City.
