I would highly recommend the services of Andy Thomas. I had worked in public education for ten years and came to a point where I knew I had to make a career transition. First things first is Andy is an amazing person. He knows how to guide people into the right directions that will befit each one of his clients. I strongly discourage anyone job hunting in a technical field from using this company's resume writing services. My initial interview with a resume writer felt like a complete formality, and the key points I brought up during the conversation were not reflected in the finished resume I received, despite follow-up requests. After having ATCN's resume reviewed by a tech hiring manager, I contacted the company, explained my concerns, and requested a refund. Instead, I was offered a second run at the resume with a new writer. The completed second resume included a typo within the first 20 words of my introduction. I failed to catch this error and sent the resume to my first-choice employers, setting my job hunt back considerably. While ATCN touts a collaborative resume writing process in which the job seeker and resume writer exchange drafts and emails, I found the process to be cumbersome and put the majority of the workload on the client, rather than the writer. Following my original review (which ATCN has since appealed through Google,) I was contacted by Andy Thomas with an offer for free career coaching in exchange for the removal of my review. While this was a generous offer, I contracted the company for a clean, professional resume. As a result, I feel compelled to repost this to spare other tech industry job seekers from a similar experience.
