        I've sent this place two emails with a simple product question, with no response. If the communication is this poor when I'm trying to give them my money, I can only image how bad it is once they already have it.

        Unreal service. Im very indecisive and they were very patient with me while flipping through different rug piles. We eventually found my dream rug and it was like magic! I got to take it home right away. Their showroom is beyond impressive and I cant recommend going here in person enough!! Definitely coming back for more in the future.
