What horrible people that work here, absolutely stone, cold, heartless monsters. They lied and said they sent me letters about my owing money after I paid $4800 for the year they said that they would not allow my itemized deductions that I owe them an additional 12 or 1300. I have no children in school. I do not own a home I was living in a hotel for God sakes during Covid and they said that I owe them more money for what I have no idea, but this entity is worse than the IRS be warned they are pure, heartless, evil people they employ Here.

Limited in person appointment hours. Staff is courteous but they don't do what they say they will do. The staff of the Charlotte office cannot be reached (all calls go through Raleigh) and their public emails are not made available to the public that funds them.
