        I used this hotel for there airport parking service. It was a horrible experience. When I called ahead to inform of my arrival time and would need a shuttle to airport, they informed me that the driver had called in sick. They didn't offer an immediate solution until I became upset with them. When I returned from my trip at 7pm, they simply said they didn't have any shuttle service. I would never use them again or refer them to anyone. They seemed totally unconcerned about the inconvenience of their failure to perform they service for which they were paid. They should stop advertising that providing airport parking. What good is the parking without shuttle service back and forth to the airport.

        I had the most exceptional service here! I parked my car before leaving on a trip for 2 weeks. Returned to a very convenient and pleasant ride by Amber. Just when I thought I couldnt have had a transition any smoother, we were greeted by Josh who helped with carrying my luggage. The dynamic duo to really help with making sure you have a comfortable ride to and from the Comfort Inn Uptown!
