Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte

Leroy from Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte fixed two problems for me yesterday. He was on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable. He adjusted the strike plate on my front door and fixed a cabinet door that has not worked properly for years. Leroy is thorough and obviously takes great pride in his work. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Leroy did a fabulous job on two brick patios. They look like brand new bricks. I highly recommend Leroy Smith!!!

Heath was our Ace Handyman and he did a phenomenal job! We will definitely be using this service again and will request Heath as our handyman.

I will not recommend their services. Because they did not do a great job on the deck and they say that they guarantee their services and they have a warranty if anything goes wrong before a year they will come and fix it but that is not true. Because when I contacted them before the warranty expired Alex Made an appointment with me Twice To come and see the issue I had with the deck but he never showed up, when I contacted them again they wanted me to pay more money in order for them to solve the problem. That was NOT a pleasant experience.

Basically what you would expect from ACE...top notch service. Heath was on time and very skilled and professional. He did an excellent job repairing 2 toilet service lines, matching and replacing the floor trim in my entire kitchen, and providing solid and honest advice on a fireplace and kitchen renovation I am planning. I trusted the time he spent was exactly the time he needed to get the job done right. Looking forward to having ACE Handyman in my home again!
