Edible Arrangements

Placed an order for pickup via internet that had not gone through. Contacted the location about 15 minutes prior to picking my order and store rep acknowledged the issue and stated my order would be ready at the requested time. I just want to say thank you for having my order prepared for pickup even though there was an issue with your online ordering system. Fantastic job!!!

Cashier was really rude and mean and was rude to the other customers and ruined are straw berry's by packaging them to tight

Store is clean and well stocked. Employee was very polite on phone and in person. I appreciate their courteous service. The fruit arrangement was gorgeous and delicious! I have enjoyed these arrangements for many years from lots of locations. Never once have seen or tested a bad piece of fruit. I send these to all of my family and friends! We enjoy them often. Sneaking pieces late at night out of the fridge is fun. We laugh about it when we catch each other! This fruit is always ripe. The chocolates are actually very good. Honestly, I do not know how they did it all!

For as much money as you spend you would think the fruit would be good and fresh. I brought my aunt one for her birthday and the pineapples were nasty, the cantaloupe was not sweet. And the grapes were mushy. They really shouldn't have tried to use the grapes or the pineapple because they were too ripe and mushy. My aunt liked the basket but I hated giving it to her. This is the first bad experience I have had with this company.
