Southview Dentistry

We'd never step foot in this office again. I've had wonderful experiences with Dr. Kelly, but Dr. Micheal has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I've avoided him over the years by asking for Dr. Kelly specifically. I don't think it's worth going somewhere where I couldn't trust both of them to work on my teeth. I'd personally look elsewhere.

New patient here, easy to get an appointment scheduled and a great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and they were ready for me at the time that was scheduled. You can tell they care about your teeth and health, overall very professional. Will continue to be a patient for a long time to come.

Called ahead of time to double-check they were in network with my insurance, was told yes, so I booked an appointment. Now have a bill saying they're out of network and I have to pay out of pocket for what should have been totally covered services. Lied saying they never would have told me I was in network. I dont have a hearing problem, if that's what you had actually said when I originally called and literally gave you my insurance info, I wouldn't have booked the appointment right then with you. Shady liars. Also offered unsolicited cosmetic advice at the appt which was beyond rude. If I felt I had an issue, I'd ask. Felt like a huge money grab trying to make someone feel bad about something that really does not need to be changed.

I LOVE Southview Dentistry! Im super neurotic when it comes to dental work. Have had loads of it done over the years and theres not much Ive dreaded more. Last year I needed a new dentist and Southview Dentistry came highly recommended so I gave them a trembling try. Everyone, from the receptionist (Hi Shelbi!) who had to patiently wait for me to stop stuttering when I called to make my first appointment to each of the dental assistants to both Dr. Kelly (super nice and gentle and great shoes!) and Dr. Micheal (didnt notice the shoes lol but super nice and gentle!) have made each trip to get the old choppers cleaned and fixed painless and even pleasant! The personal care and attention given by each member of the staff has made me (finally) willing to get my teeth cleaned twice a year and to ring them up with the first sign of tooth trouble. Grateful for you all!!!
