Cadence Academy Preschool

I dont trust this is a good daycare. The first day my son was there, only for 1 hour and he had an allergic reaction. I was not called or informed that he had a reaction. I saw that he was scratching and in trouble when I went to pick him up myself. I also called to ask if he was doing ok, but no one gave me a call back. So it seems that the people are careless and not serious about taking care of the child. It is very important to me that my child is looked after and in responsible hands.

MRS. STAR IS AMAZING!!! While attending a wedding reception I was overwhelmed with holding both my 3 year old AND 1 year old in my lap (of course they both had to have attention at the same time) Mrs. Star noticed me and asked "can I help you" I could have cried, right there... but I said "yes" instead. MRS. STAR WAS A GOD SEND!!!! She held, comforted and feed my 1 yar old that she had just meet as if she was her long lost Auntie. I had been struggling to commit to the idea of day care but after meeting Mrs STAR I knew I could trust Cabence Academy. We are looking to sign up asap.

The first day my son went to Cadence academy he got spit on the teachers and staff did nothing; they said they spoke to the parents but never reported to the principal the second instance was a teacher went to my husband and said that a group of students were picking with my child. They love to down play it and call it "horse playing" but it's them not being watched. My last strike is my son got punched in the eye and the principal is looking at the camera saying that she doesnt see anyone hitting when clearly he got hit. This school has some of the most notcaring,caneglectfulnegligent stuff I have seen.

My husband and I were very hesitant about putting our 1 year old in daycare but we took a tour of Cadence Whitehall and met the staff and signed up immediately. We feel like the staff genuinely cares about him and has taught him so much since he started. Miss Alisha is the best and our son LOVES her. We are starting our infant next month and have no doubt he will receive the same amazing care.

Cadence Whitehall Academy did a fantastic job while caring for our son. The teachers and staff members all showed him lots of love and attention, and we always felt they were attentive to his development milestones and our needs as parents. Communication was great and the facility always felt open and clean. We started when he was 6 months and the only reason we had to pull him out around 10 months was because we recently moved and the commute was too far for us to manage. Otherwise, we would have continued our development and education here.
