So what really got me about this service call... Is I call early on a Tuesday morning; (I'm a busy breakfast and lunch cafe) about a freezer. I was having trouble with, by Thursday at 2PM I had not seen or heard anything, no technician, no service and they've charged me $195.75 which quickly came out of my account!! So when I call the office; I'm informed by Megan that. "Oh, well, I guess he worked all night" (guess there's only 1 tech??) Can't come out now, we'll try to get you back on the schedule. You mean, I wasn't even on the schedule!! So pretty unhappy this time around, terrible service and bad business practices!!

Ripped off they call themselves professionals but anyone can do type of job they did at my place. I paid $350 just for traveling from Charlotte to one hour at my place. Ten days later the tech came without prior notice (because he was in the area) and try to find the problem. He couldnt come up with any solution of my automatic charbroiling and he charged $240 for two hours being here. He said he would let me know the fix and its been three months and no answer. I had bad experience before and this time my manager called the service not knowing the service. I would suggest all businesses not to keep their number at your premise.

Was not aware the company charges $114. just to drive to our location. We are also in Charlotte. They seem to make their money on hidden fees. All parts were less then travel charges. Service: Refrigerator repair

Dont waste your time here, I called 3 times and they said they coming out but no call, no show Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
