I had a different company come out to diagnose a refrigerator that wasn't cooling, and they basically poked it with a stick and decided it needed thousands of dollars in parts and labor. Enter Paul and AAA Appliance Repair to the rescue. They were incredibly fast to respond, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it that day for less then a fifth the cost of what the first company quoted. Even if they had come to the same conclusion and it did need all those parts, I would still have gone with AAA Appliance based on their attention to detail and efforts to find the best solution without taking advantage of the situation. It's tough to find good people that do good work, but AAA Appliance just became my first call for all future repairs.
