My first time visiting, and I was chased out by the receptionist for not wearing a mask on 6/6/2023, months after all Covid-19 guidelines has been lifted by the state and federal government, along with the World Health Organization.

The support staff are kind and professional. However, the "bedside" manor of the dentists are horrible! I have a childhood fear of dentist, so I need some coaching when it comes to needles. This dentist gave was impatient, shouted at me and eventually I left without being serviced. If you have a fear of dentists...don't go here!

I called for an appointment and a woman who said her name was rose was so very rude and unprofessional She hung up on me twice!!! I called back She then said my phone had a bad connection she told me she would call me back and never did!!!!
