Highly recommend McCoy Dentistry. Lisa at the front desk is always so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Mike and the entire staff do such a great job at making you feel comfortable and pain free! So happy to have found such an excellent dentist for my family!

The staff here is very nice, and I appreciate the doctor's willingness to work with me on what I could and couldn't afford before I had dental insurance. However, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. Their reception staff will call to confirm and leave a message. Then call again. And again. A single voicemail should be sufficient. I have had multiple appointments in the last year...also because of a lack of communication on their part. I have taken time off work several times for appointments, only to be told that I wasn't scheduled for what I was supposed to be scheduled for, and now I have to come back. And they usually don't have another opening for months. I get the feeling that they are taking on too many patients and overscheduling, which is resulting in things falling through the cracks. I've been continuing to drive there even after moving half an hour away, but after my last few experiences, I'll be looking for a new dentist that is closer to home and hopefully more organized.

I've had so many dentists throughout the years and this office is the best I've been to. When I go in for a filling, I'm never left in the waiting room for too long and I'm in and out in under an hour. No one likes going to the dentist but Dr. Michael and his team make it a point to make you feel comfortable and understand what's going on with your teeth.

I had a root canal done yesterday, and I have never had a dentist do work like that with no pain. Usually they have to keep giving me shots. Not this time!!!! I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you so much to everyone who works there!!!!

They are the best dentist in town. Unfortunately we moved out of Grand Rapids and we miss them so much. The front desk is always so nice too.
