        Very disappointed. I found this place when searching for places near me to walk. It seems like the City put up a sign at an abandoned industrial area and called it a park. Then they never came back. Two thirds of the "trail" is an old access road with tire ruts containing standing water. Ideal for mosquito breeding. As for the rest of the "trail" in some places it's only 10 inches wide and other parts are close to being over grown. There is a waste can in the parking lot over flowing with trash. The city seems to have abandoned this "park" and never maintains it. It is sad because it has so much potential.
