Lou has been absolutely amazing!! This was my first home purchase and I was so overwhelmed at first.. After speaking with Lou, my mind was at complete ease. My schedule is very hectic and Lou was always so patient with me and willing to answer all of my many questions.. I'm not sure this process would have went as smoothly as it did for me, if it wasn't for him. I truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to talk me through every detail I didn't understand..
