Super nice townhomes but when u drive over45 minutes to see model u would think the person working there would get off her computer and answer questions

Passed this on my bike ride the other day. Such a cute little community going up!! I remember when the old hospital used to be there. Its nice that something like this is so close to downtown, but theres still green space to walk around and enjoy! Love that the historical aspect lives on too!

Stay away!!! Thoroughly unprofessional, incompetent, non responsive, and liars. You are just a profit to them; their corporate policies come first and they dont care what impact that has on you. They make decisions without communicating them or allowing your voice to be heard. Construction manager is a joke. He has no clue when tasks will occur or what supplies are available. He didnt even know that 2 of our selected appliances had been discontinued by the manufacturer months after the selection. Get anything they say in writing and signed. They messed up the foundation and flipped it: whole house was built oriented to the right when it should have been on the left. Stated it would be a day to resolve it. Took them more than 30 days. Gas line is now on the wrong side of the house. Their management is a joke. It took them more than 40 days to get a paltry document to us acknowledging the mistake, its repair, and that it would still be covered under the structural warranty. They use delay tactics and have provided thoroughly inadequate responses to issues when weve brought them forward. Quality of the house is not worth the cost. Our concerns fall on deaf ears. Another lot near ours, they had plumbing pipes coming up in the dining room and the study IN THE SLAB. They didnt catch this until they were roofing! Jack hammered through the foundation to fix that. Its covered now with flooring and theyll never disclose that. Construction manager left the company after those owners got out of that sale. Their loan specialist asked us to sign a compliance document that she knew was wrong so that we would meet a compliance deadline. Um, no?

Excited for the current and upcoming development of this community. MI Homes has done a beautiful job updating the central state area while maintaining its charming and historic feel. Personal favorite: the continuous support from the community with events to meet and greet future residents.
