First off Id like to say that the fence that was installed looks amazing! I was beyond thrilled to see the final results. It didnt take long for the fence to be completed. Which was exciting to know that the workers that built the fence have a true dedication to their work. They listened to everything that I wanted personally done to the fence. They are very nice and knowledgeable people, when it comes to making decisions on the fence itself. They were quick to get pricing numbers on the fence which is always a plus. Overall Im happy with my fence. There is definitely a lack in communication between the three. I had asked for hedges to be removed along the side property line, I was told they do landscaping as well. I assumed they would remove the hedges totally, like someone before them did with the hedges along the front. They did not, they left roots, it was my understanding the entire hedge would be removed, this was told to me at the time of the estimate. When I asked I was told thats the way its done, what matters is that the top of the fence is even and that it may take a few years for the hedges to grow back. I asked what about them growing back and damaging my fence, I paid 11,000 for front and back privacy fence, hedge removal included. I was told itll grow back on your neighbors side, this wasnt the answer I was looking for and could tell by the body language of the person I was talking to that he was tired of the questions. Every time I come home I see this and feel this was not finished as I would have liked. See attached picture. They also did not do well with the cleanup of the property and I was told what do you want us to do clean your entire property

Jeremie was very communicative every step of the way. The team completed our fence in two days. Finished product looks amazing! Highly recommend.
