        I have been a Mike's /Crew customer for many years. I have always bought or been gifted the booklets. I have gotten so many that when they finally opened a car wash in Greenfield I had a dozen books. So they had a opening special that they gave me a coupon for 6 months opportunity. I recently went to get this and they said they "couldnt" honor this coupon. Grnated it di NOT have an expiration date on it and wanted ti use up my books first. I tried more times then I want to admit trying to get them to honor. Even making it my drive to get "customer service". The front office kept saying they "couldnt" honor this. The word is "WOULDNT" honor this. Customer service is DEAD at Crew! Mikes Car Wash..would of never let this happen. Bring back a small business car wash that cares about local customers!
