        We started with the water machine and then upgraded to the ice machine after a few years. We love it, and we could not be happier with the service. We have not had any issues with the equipment.

        3 years ago, ELI had tried to earn our business, but we were in an existing contract with another vender. He kept notes and contacted me this year, 2024, knowing that our contract would be coming to a close with the other vendor. Thankfully, ELI offered to allow us to try their model M-3000 for 7 days with no strings attached. Well, our employees noticed the taste difference right away and their one touch operation to manage the hot, cold and ambient is pretty neat. On the machine, we were using for 3 years, we had to press 2 buttons to get hot and the ambient was very warm. This M-3000 ambient is truly room temperature. The two fella's, Nick and Jerry came in to install the 7 day trial. They were both knowledgeable and extremely considerate and answered all my questions. After several days, we decided that we definitely wanted to switch to Office H2O, but we were in a contract with the other vendor. Eli talked to his boss and offered us 3 months free so this is allowing us to fulfill our contract with the other vendor but have a new machine that everyone likes. This company does charge an annual cleaning fee to clean the machine and change the filters, but it is worth the price to ensure that the system is clean and fresh each year for our employees. There is a monthly fee as well that was several dollars more than we were paying with the existing vendor, but the benefits of having good tasting drinking water is worth it.
