        I am an established client. I made a point of it as I live in this area and although my dog does not go here often I needed a place for emergencies. Given the reviews and recommendations I decided to establish this vet as my preferred. I have an emergency today, I needed my dog checked and seen. When I called, there was no consideration or attempt to get us in, just "we have no appointments". Very disappointing. Wonder what it takes to care for my pet here.

      What we’re all about Keene Veterinary Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital providing medical, surgical, dental, radiological, and preventive care for the family pets in our community. Our veterinarians can diagnose and treat most conditions affecting the family pet. If we feel a specialist would better serve your pet, we will discuss the option of referral with you. As we are not a 24-hour facility, on occasion, we may refer your pet to an emergency or critical care facility if it is indicated. Beyond first-rate pet health care, we strive to keep our hospital clean and comfortable. We also work hard to maintain and improve our friendly and honest customer service and welcome all input on this subject from you, our client.
