TM Painting came recommended from a friend, I also recommended them to my neighbor before they painted my house. I employed Tomas to paint the exterior of my house as well as the kitchen and laundry room cabinets. Tomas told me he would finish the exterior in three days, but each day he would tell me he would be here at 9am and then wouldn't show up until 2pm or later. On the third day it rained so when he came at 2pm, he informed us that he would finish the next day as he thought it was too wet to work that day. I sent Tomas a text saying I thought he could have gotten some work done after the rain left and that I would appreciate it if he could show up on Saturday early, which he did with his crew and finished the job as he had said, I apologized for getting after hime the day before and that house looked good. Tomas was scheduled to come paint the cabinets two days later and when he didn't show at 9am again, I texted him to ask when he would be here and he texted back to say they wouldn't be completing this job because he didn't appreciate my attitude in text! He said they delivered the house painting job in the time frame he said and I should have trusted him, but I don't know him and how was I supposed to trust him when he showed late three days in a row? I had prepped everything and gotten ready for him and he left me high and dry and gave up the $3000 I was prepared to pay him. I'm former military so I expect people to be on time when they tell me they will be here and contact me if they can't make it. So while the house looks great, I cannot recommend Tomas and TM Painting simply because they are unprofessional and did not respect the customer. Services: Cabinet painting, Exterior painting
