I can tell all the 5 star reviews is because the manager is charming and people obviously dont see they are being taken advantage of. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a shop. No really. I am a business owner, the manager Chad, he is a nice guy Ill give him that. But that doesnt mean anything when it comes to doing things wrong, sending wrong parts. I have taken my Lexus twice and both times there were errors that costed me leaving the car there, at one point it was 10 days because he sent the wrong part. NOT ONLY THAT. When it came time to pay he wanted to charge $867.51 on a job that takes 2.5 hours. Just for LABOR!!! Look it up, type in google Lexus nx200 2017 direct injection fuel pump replacement. Look how many hours. Im a family man. Trying to take care of my responsibilities. It just sucks when these companies take advantage of us like this. It really breaks you down when you have to deal with the day to day. And then have to deal with these guys taking advantage of us. BELIEVE ME! Find someplace else, PLEASE! Once I bugged out he agreed to drop it 100 bucks to get me out the building. Smh

The second best experience I ever had getting a oil change. The first one being Ocala tire in Ocala. This was my first time here and this is my new place. I was early to my appointment and out the door before my appointment time. The cost was lower than I expected. In and out almost as fast as take 5 at half the price. Highly recommend. See you in 3,000 miles.
