Hotel Alba is amazing. Every single person I interacted with that works there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I want to give a big shout out to the Front desk who was vey helpful. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful service! The food in the bar is great. Overall an amazing time and experience!

Staff was incredible. I forgot a very important item in my room and didn't realize until a week later. Staff found it in the lost and found, I sent them an airbill, and 2 days later I had my item. Thank you, staff!!

Visited Tamps for the Big Smoke and Whiskey Fest and decided to stay here at Hotel Alba for 4 days! Outstanding customer service from Gino at the front desk to the bartenders and hotel staff!!! My room was relatively small and the sliding bathroom door would not stay closed, I wish the lighting was brighter inside the room. Being on the 4th floor, the room was dark with very dim lighting. Other than that, I will visit again, but would just request a room with better lighting, for an even better experience! Thanks Hotel Alba! Rooms: Nice, very dim lighting
