        Our dogs were cared for! I loved going there even during Covid. They were pleasantly efficient!

        Literally the worst experience as a new pet owner. I dropped my baby off to her 1st Drs visit at 8am. We were greeted by an awesome receptionist that was very helpful. I got a call around 11am saying she may be ready around noon and they would call when its time. I wait until 4pm to call back because no one called me and they say shes ready! I go to pick her up on my break super excited to speak to the Dr. and shes unavailable for about 30 minutes. The receptionist and assistants were super nice and helpful trying to inform me that the Dr. would be right out. When she comes out she literally tells me my dog has an ear infection and she has an emergency to tend to. First off I never got a call that my pup was even ready and when I got there the Dr. didnt even speak to me for 30 seconds. Im so happy that I have other options of other locations to go to for this plan. I hate that the assistants and receptionist were so nice but we will not be returning.
