Did a walk-in tour of the apartment building. I was shown apartments on the 18th floor. Michelle helped me with the tour. She was very informative, professional and kind. The apartments are two months old and have an industrial look. I liked the open kitchen layout and the view from the North East! Con is that its so new, mail has to be sent to a nearby post office until the city approves it.

It's been joie de vivre working with the stellar team at Wynwood Haus! From the moment my wife and I moved in a couple of weeks ago, Mulasia, Maira, and Ariel have gone above and beyond to ensure our transition was seamless. Additionally, the maintenance personnel have been prompt and efficient in addressing any concerns we've had. Living here has been a jubilant experience, thanks to the exceptional staff at Wynwood Haus! Highly recommend!

I attended the Cafe Namaste yoga event at this building and it was amazing! The event was very relaxing, with yoga and sound bowls meditation on the rooftop! Wynwood haus is a very nice small exclusive building! Located between downtown and Wynwood, close to everything! Peaceful amenities, with a perfect gym and sauna! The views are incredible! We lived at the same company's building before and the management is so friendly and helpful! So highly recommend!!!
