Had to take in my cat, Nina, for an emergency tail amputation after an awful accident. I was distressed and sobbing, but felt very comfortable leaving her with this wonderful animal hospital overnight. Staff was very attentive and empathetic, and the doctor explained the procedure in a way I could understand. The doctors also give clients the option to have them call before and/or after surgery commences, which is very considerate. I grew up with animals all my life and have been to my fair share of vets, but this is by far the best one! Definitely will be returning to this location. Thank you!

I came in distressed one night around 10pm because my puppy seemed to have been intoxicated. The two young slim people in the front desk (one guy one young lady) was very nice and patient. Now, the heavy set broad with the pink hair, nose ring, and pretty face is very, very rude. I believe her name began with the letter A as I heard the front desk guy call her out. Either way Im sure shes easy to point out with the pink hair. She was defending the workers who were gossiping very LOUDLY, who can be heard from the very thin closet door in room #1. It is very unprofessional to be laughing and talking loudly next to a door where customers are already stressed out about their animals. Her response was I can put you in another room with very harsh attitude. I find it ironic that she would rather move me to another room than to tell the coworkers to quiet down a bit so the customer (ME) in room 1 wont have to hear this. Now, the loud gossiping was not near as bad as the rude response from the heavy set woman in the pink hair was way out of line for a customer in distress. I guess because Im a young woman she spoke to me that way? Or maybe because I wanted to leave and just pay the initial consult fee and not accept other services? Not sure why this young lady was so rude but she was. Shes in need of some customer service training. Other than that, everyone else was very friendly.

Professional. Compassionate. Fairly Priced. Knowles is not our regular vet, but when we needed them and had nowhere else to look to get help on a late Saturday afternoon when our old Cairn Terrier, Maddox, began suffering seizures that would not stop, Knowles was there to deliver everything we could have wanted. Maddox was with us for 16 years, 8 months, and 10 days, and it was that last day that we were desperate to help our friend out of his suffering, and it was that day that we were vulnerable to the the level of service that we have unfortunately come to expect in South Florida. Fortunately for us, we found our way to Knowles. In our grief, we failed to note the names of those who helped us, but there was the smart, professional young lady (trainee) at reception who understood the seriousness of our visit, but took our information with grace. There was the lady, also at intake and training the young lady, who efficiently coordinated reception and the needed care. There was the young man vet tech who caringly asked about our familiarity (which was none) about, and explained the steps of, the euthanasia process. And, of course, there was the DVM who professionally and compassionately delivered the help Maddox needed to get to the other side and beyond his suffering. Every single person there understood this was not just another dog to be put down. Every single person genuinely cared about Maddox and us and what we were going through. Every single person there performed their job with class. It was a very tough day for us, but it was made better the the whole team at Knowles. Later, we were surprised and comforted by a sympathy card we received in the mail with personal, handwritten notes, from all the staff. I am 100% confident that if they treat clients that well, whom they had no reason to think would ever return for treatment again, they certainly will deliver the same professional, compassionate, and fairly priced care to all who come to their clinic. Thank you to to the Knowles Team. And to those considering which vet clinic to use, you wont go wrong in choosing Knowles.
