        Andy was extremely helpful! My wife and I visited the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and get an iPhone 15 for her. We dropped in in the morning and Andy collected all the necessary information so that he could keep everything ready for us. Once the Verizon family plan was activated, we went back to the store. True to his word, Andy had kept everything ready for us so that we could pay and even helped us transfer data to the new iPhone. He patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly the whole time we were there! Thanks to Andy, we were in and out in no time! Thank you once again, Andy!!

        Gavin surprised us with a charge. I tried to get a refund and I told him I did not know why he was charging us, he said Im pretty sure I told you. Pretty sure is not 100% sure. And we as the customer have no reason to lie he did NOT tell us ahead of time. We are pretty disappointed and wont be coming again.

        Today I visited Verizon on 14th street for the first time to get a new phone line. Andy took care of me and he was awesome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he had answers for every question that I had. I left feeling satisfied, cant wait to visit again. THANK YOU
