Dude with the black nail polish was pretty rude and not helpful at all. Gave me also wrong info about Own vs. Rent prices and about changing items for the group etc. Clearly he was inconvenienced by my scheduled appointment yesterday 2/3/2024. Business taken elsewhere.

Jaden and associates are very professional and enjoyable to work with. This store is always clean , organized and well merchandised. Sales are great as well!

Associates completely ignored me in the store. Approached others. I selected two suits and two sports coats. Asked an associate if I could get a tailor to measure for alterations. They said try them on and they would send someone over. Did that and waited twenty minutes for a tailor and none arrived. Changed again and walked back to racks and put items back while associate watched me and said nothing as I walked out of the store. Try someplace else.
