Luis is great - hardworking, honest, timely, and smart. He quickly figured out why I had a leak, and rather than overcharging me or selling me something I didnt need (like a new roof), he had his crew install a new drain, and just like that my roof problems are all solved. No more leaks, no problems since. And for much less than I had anticipated. Thank you Luis!

I just want to leave this because it so surprised and pleased me. I had ACE come out a week ago to fix a leak in my roof. Today in the downpour the roof leaked in the same place as before. So I called back and John (I'm assuming the owner) said he would send the guy in a 1.2 hour to see what could be done. The guys came and looked and felt that this time the skylight was contributing to the problem. They hadn't looked at it last time. They then told me because it was "different" they would charge me $150 to repair. I talked with them and said it must have been part of the problem the last time but they disagreed. I didn't want to make waves and I wanted the leak fixed so I agreed. They fixed the skylight and went on their way. About 1/2 hour after they left I get a call from John. He said he was embarrassed and very sorry that the guys had charged me. He said he paid his men an hourly wage to do work like this and that was not my problem. He said they should have never charged for the work and he would return my check in the mail. Wow! Here we have an owner with a high sense of integrity. This is a man you can trust to do good work and stand by it and hold his men accountable too. John Chon is one in a million. Recently Jon Had to come back because I notice a edge was pulling up. He sent workers out immediately. As they were repairing the edge they noticed a second issue and fixed that too without any prompting from me. I love these guys! Service: Skylight repair

Frustrating experience and total waste of time: I had a dreadful experience with Ace Roofing. My roof was leaking in October. After an initial visit by Luis, I was promised an estimate within days and was left in the dark for weeks. After reaching out multiple time for an update, Sally and John claimed to be working on it, only to later inform me, 3 months later, that they could't provide an estimate. Meanwhile, my roof continues to leak. Terribly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If they can't even manage estimates transparently, I would never trust them with my roof. Avoid at all costs.

The work did by Luis was great fair bid but failed to keep promise told what was wrong with prior roofer work but changed mind about putting in writing rather than saying I don't want to put in writing just ignored my calls had further leaks least made good on these repairs
