Let's start with I walked into this store and there were 3 employees on the floor doing absolutely nothing and one employeehelping another customer. I was not even acknowledged as i stood there and finally with a huff they acknowledged me as being a person literally standing in front of them. I stopped in to this store after work because I wanted to know why my phone was dropping calls and no mobile service and i now only have 4g not 5g service after the system update on 3/21. Prior to the update I had no problems I tried to explain and asked them to set my phone back to a specific date I was told we can't do that. So I was like okay they don't know how and waited to be offered a solution but I just ended up being brushed off and ignored like I was interrupting their personal time and they're weren't at work. All they did was turn off my roaming data and dismissed me. They are the rudest and laziest employees I've ever encountered. Don't bother going in there because it's a waste of your time. It's also really frustrating that I still don't have a solution to my problem and literally have to use wifi wherever I can just to receive texts or use my phone like I was able to before. I can't even get my GPS to work so I've had to download offline maps.

The person helps me she is so rude she need to work where she dont have to deal with customers. Worst service ever.

bad experience with one of your sales team. this guy named JAMIL is so rude in disrespectful. no patience with customers. insted of helping me with my concern he just laugh at me and leave me.

After 5 years of T Mobiles mediocre coverage I switched my 9 phone lines to AT&T no more dropped calls. I should have made the change long ago.
