        Not recommended!!! My 17 yr old son was just charged $40 to cash 4 of his work checks (2 of which were under 100) and when he asked for an envelope she shook her head ... Not even a good day? Pointless place

        Horrible service! Definitely dont bank with chase but if you do dont go to this branch. We opened a new account and deposited a large check. The bank flagged it as potential fraud and requested documents we submitted everything they wanted. They still closed our accounts and we havent received our money. No one can tell us why or what happened. Finally after 2 weeks of unable to access our funds we finally get an update that the accounts were closed but no reason. Still dont have our money. Definitely stay away from this branch they wont do anything helpful.
