        You send me a letter saying the branch is closing so I need to empty my safety deposit box by November 10th. The phone number on the letter tells me to go to the website to schedule an appointment. The website doesnt list this branch. So I drive down there. Branch closed, two months before the date in the letter. So not only are you closing the branch and making it more difficult for me to go in and get service but your incompetence makes it near impossible to even empty my safety deposit box.

The branch by my house closed permanentlythis one is always closed now and the atm outside doesnt workonly option is drive thru which is always backed upheard others might close tooguess its time to check out Wells Fargo?
