        Made a reservation and upon arrival was told they had no more cars available for the day. Why promise a reservation if you have no cars? Needless to say, this put a huge dent in my plans and was a major inconvenience.

        Picked up a one-way car to Tucson. Taylor did a great job of getting me on the road fast and efficiently. She also did a great job of explaining why a one-way rental is soooo expensive....:). I would definitely use this Enterprise location again.
