03/08/2024; A gentleman assist my husband at the hwy6 bissonnet location about a week and a half ago. My mother in law (Rebecca Avalos) passed away. She added him as POD on her accountS before her passing. HES THE ONLY CHILD. We brought in the death certificate. The gentleman did what was needed and stated wed have to wait till legal gives us a call. Legal called my husband, sent him forms to fill and said for him to go open an account for funds to be transferred. Went back to the same location, spoke to the same guy in the lobby. He rushed my husband off just to go to lunch. Husband went back in and a young lady rudely told him hed have to wait till he comes back from lunch. Bad customer service. This location make excuses not to assist customers, but another BofA went above and beyond to help and contact the legal dept. for more information needed. Instead of telling my husband hed have to wait. He opened the account at that location in Sugarland. Employees at the Hwy6 & Bissonnet need to be more knowledgeable and professional when assisting customers. Being in the banking industry myself for 29 years it makes me angry to see management allowing their staff to act the way they did. Ive worked at that location in the passed and service has changed ALOT. I retired from banking 3 years ago. Ive managed banking centers and my location NEVER received a bad score NOR did I allow my employees to be unprofessional. I know theres a lot of fraud and scams going around and may scare personal bankers and tellers, but that should be when management steps in. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE PEOPLE! That location will NEVER make money the bank needs. The traffic there is the ONLY thing keeping that location opened. The customer service isnt. I will go higher up with this. The gentleman that assist was at the second desk to the right or just look in the system under my mother in laws name. You should see who assist us.

Malik is a great asset to this establishment.. His services is phenomenal.. He goes above for me and I m sure for all his clients.. He helped me open an account for my daughter and my son.. As a shareholder of this amazing company it makes it amazing that you have a great person like Malik working here.. I would recommend him to everyone in my community and at work..
