The hotel is brand new, so everything is in great condition. The size of the room we stayed was quite good and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary wifi was high speed. I like this house, I appreciate the location between Soho, Tribeca and China Town. The rooms are very nice and it was anything but noisy. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is great. Besides a coffee maker (I don't like American coffee at all) there is a refrigerator. The breakfast is quite tasty, but the plastic waste there every morning is terrible. Something should happen here. Everything else was perfect for us. Kaina and the other staff is very friendly and helps with problems and everything around New York. Great value for the money. We will be happy to come back again.

We had a nice stay at the Hotel, which is conveniently located close to the metro station (Canal st) and 60 minutes walking distance from Central Park. The price is ok considering it's Manhattan, and there is a breakfast included. There were also some decorations prepared to commemorate our honeymoon, which was a nice touch. We didn't particularly like the fact that there were no vegetables for the breakfast or any other healthy option (even yogurt had sugar added), but that is quite typical for US hotels, unfortunately. We also think that the cleaning staff should be better accustomed with what the "do not disturb" sign means and not come into the room when it hangs on the doors. The big plus was the free availability of tea, coffee, and cream throughout the stay.
