Sarah was awesome! After running late to my appointment and having to rescheduled, she was very gracious and helpful communicating alternative options. Long story short, Sarah managed to get me rescheduled for the same day by squeezing me in just an few hours after my original appointment! She was very friendly and personable, informative and encouraging about the whole process! Im excited to embark on my smile journey! Thank you, Smile Direct Club and Thank you, Sarah!

Theyre great for your first visit, but if you need any follow ups or second appointments its a nightmare trying to navigate their call center etc. I asked for a Saturday appointment and they told me that was for new customers only, not existing customers. Once they have your money they stop caring.
