The costumer service is really bad, I dont like the employee aptitudes. The are NOT profesional. I would no recomend this place, insted I would go to another location

My experience at this location for my initial smile assessment was a good one, however, I did not move forward with purchasing aligners from this company. The associate/representative (Sasely) who helped me that day was AMAZING! Very personable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this location for the initial assessment if you are interested in giving Smile Direct Club a try. The company itself, however, did not impress me. They gave a 3 day (72 hour) smile prescription guarantee and did not have my prescription to me in the timeframe promised (it was late). At my initial smile assessment I told the representative what I wanted for my new smile, and to my disappointment, my smile prescription was NOT AT ALL what I had said I wanted. In fact, they did not even address the main issue I stated I wanted to fix. These two issues right out of the gate caused me to make the decision not to move forward with this company. I did end up reaching out to the company several weeks later to give them another chance to update my smile prescription to address the issues I wanted fixed. In the response to my email, the company did let me know the reason they were unable to accommodate my concerns in my smile prescription. I appreciated the response, however, I wish they would have just told me this up front once they received my concerns along with my 3D images rather than sending me a completely different plan and waiting for me to reach out with questions. I also found responses are delayed and it is difficult to communicate with a Doctor. I had to go through customer service to get ahold of a Doctor (could have been my mistake?) Once the response is received it usually includes the information needed and is kind and professional.
