Mighty Dry San diego Flood Restoration

Last night I called in because I had an emergency accident with my water heater. I remembered I had seen a post about mold and floods so I reached out. Gizzelle was on it and sent out a technician named Jose. As soon as we hung up Jose was on his way with what I believe was an extractor unit. Everything was dried and set up fans to contain the water from damaging my drywall more. Thank you to this company for helping me at such late hours.

I recently had a mold, infestation in my garage. I called Mighty dry, not knowing what I needed to do. Gizzelle picked up the phone and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. After a free inspection I decided to hire them to remediate the mold problem. My garage looks better than it ever did!

Recently called to see if we could have someone come out and assess a possible leak and Gizzelle was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable letting us know the following steps. They also offer a military discount which is always plus here in San Diego since we are such a broad military community!

Nothing like a bathroom leak to make you feel a bit crazy. Called on Mighty Dry due to high recommendation. Josh showed up and did not disappoint! Very friendly and actually listened to our concerns. Then let us know everything that he was doing, what he was checking and "why" he was checking it. Never made us feel doomed, never asked what insurance we had, didn't try to sell us anything extra...just made us feel like we weren't being duped out of money. He provided a clear and informative explanation of the process moving forward. Basically, Josh is awesome! Thank you for the care and professionalism Josh!
