BodyWorkz - Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage

I started seeing Dr. Tracey after having constant pain in my lower spine and she has been amazing. She and the staff are all so friendly and kind which makes a difference to me when going to a new doctor. The office is always clean as well and very welcoming inside. I have morning appointments so I havent had to wait in the lobby when I arrive, just check in and go on back. She did an initial exam to make sure she was able to treat me and then set up a treatment plan with chiropractic adjustments, at home exercises, and a re-exam. She made sure to explain what she found and what it all means, as well as how other parts of the body are being affected by the issue. I noticed my pain lessening right after the first appointment and what felt like years of tension leaving my bones, I love coming in for my appointments! I have also worked an office job the last 3 years and I had read online before my first appointment that she has a lot of experience working with people in office jobs so thats why I initially chose her. Her treatments, friendly demeanor, and the staff are what keeps me coming back.

Dr. Tracey and her team at BodyWorkz are absolutely awesome. I had never tried a chiropractic adjustment but as a business owner, I sit at a desk on my computer most of the day and started experiencing lower back and neck pains. I chose to go with Dr. Tracey because of her approach. She helped me understand the process, did a comprehensive analysis to see what was up with my posture and it was mind blowing how well she was able to deduce the situation. The adjustments brought me great relief which was much needed and the exercises Dr. Tracey shared with me stuck with me. I use them on a daily basis and its so helpful in keeping the pain away. Massage Therapist Denise has been able to help clear up a serious problem. She diagnosed the problem and went to work on getting me well. I was not able to close my hand or grip anything without a sharp pinched nerve pain from my wrist/palm area to the tip of my fingers. 2 hand and wrist specialists tried to convince me that I needed hand and wrist surgery with up to a year of physical therapy after surgery to get full function of my right hand. Bull! The problem stemmed from a pinched nerve in my neck which ran down through my shoulder to my inner arm to my wrist and hand. After the initial massage treatment, I could close my hand, and had about 85% of my hand function back. A couple more massage therapy treatments later, I have full use with no side effects. Periodic maintenance has kept the condition from returning. Denise was thoughtful when treating me, in that she advised that at certain points and in certain areas I my experience some discomfort during the treatment. Only several mild instances of this occurred, were momentary and well worth it to relieve the condition. Regular Massage Therapy treatments by Denise have kept my lumbar, shoulder and neck pain free with increased range of motion. Thank you!!!

I have had a wonderful experience with BodyWorkz, Dr. Tracey, and her staff. For someone dealing with significant back pain for the first time, they have made the treatment and recovery process very easy to navigate. Dr. Tracey immediately helped to alleviate my pain and the entire experience with the BodyWorkz team has been amazing.
