I was one of the first residents in SOYO Lofts when it opened and just moved out years later. The team at Finger Management has gone above and beyond to make their residents feel seen, heard, and comfortable. I have never had an issue with a request, communication and all of their staff is cross trained and always in the loop. The building is well maintained and extremely clean. Systems are up to date, everything is user friendly and if I ever move back to NY, I will most definitely move to a property that is managed by Finger Management. Cheers to a great experience and an even greater team!

Response to inquiries takes days or weeks or they are totally non-responsive. This management company is totally inept, as are the property managers. As for their solution for stolen delivery packages in the building, it was a joke. They should not be in the business of managing buildings. The representatives are completely incompetent, as well as rude and dismissive when you call.
